1. Data controller
The data controller is GRAPEX PLUS D.O.O., Admirala Vukovića 28, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, tax ID (PIB) 109362762, company ID (MB) 21168840 (“Grapex Plus”). For any data protection questions, write to office@grapex.rs.
2. What data we collect
This website has no contact form, uses no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. When you visit, our hosting provider’s server automatically logs technical data: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page and information about your browser and operating system.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this technical data only to keep the website secure and working properly, and to detect and prevent misuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 12(1)(6) of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.
4. Retention
Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days and are then deleted automatically, unless they are needed to investigate or resolve a security incident.
5. Who receives the data
The data is technically processed by our hosting provider, Dream Technologies Group d.o.o., on our behalf and according to our instructions. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. When you contact us
If you email or call us, we use your data (name, company, contact details and the content of your message) only to answer your enquiry and for business communication. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (Article 12(1)(2) and (6) of the Law on Personal Data Protection).
7. Resources and external links
All parts of this website, including fonts and images, are served from our own server, so your data is not sent to other services while you browse. The “Open map” link leads to Google Maps; once you open it, Google’s privacy terms apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion and the restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send your request to office@grapex.rs. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with its effective date.
